Terms and Conditions

Magna guarantees you’ll be satisfied with your product purchases from us or your money back. Review the following terms and conditions to help serve you better.

Online Seminars, CDs, Transcripts, White Papers, Books

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your registration or return the product within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund. Please contact Magna Publications Customer Service.


Subscriptions

If you are unhappy with your newsletter subscription, you may cancel at any time and receive a full refund of the subscription price by contacting our Customer Service Department.

Subscription changes policy: If you would like to change your subscription format from single online access to print, or vice versa, that change may be made at any time, at no charge. Please contact Magna Publications Customer Service to make format change arrangements.


Conferences

For cancellation policies and dates, visit the registration page on each conference website:

 

Products ineligible for return or refund include:

  1. Any product not purchased from Magna Publications.
  2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging, including binders, CD/DVD cases, and all other items originally included with the product.
  3. Any product that exhibits physical damage or is not in re-sellable condition.
  4. Campus Access License fees are not refundable.


Additional information:

Licensing fees such as Campus Access Licenses are not refundable.

Purchasers who return online products (i.e. PDF) are responsible for removal of product files from their computers.

 

How to return a Magna product:

  1. To expedite a return, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting the Magna Publications Customer Service Department by email, support@magnapubs.com, or by phone 800-433-0499 extension 2 or 608-246-3590 extension 2.
  2. Include the RA number with your returned products.
  3. Include all original packaging, including binders, CD/DVD cases, and all other items originally included with the product.
  4. All product returns are the expense of the sender. Magna Publications will pay shipping for returning products that were shipped in error—contact Magna Customer Service for details.
