Burnstad is director emeritus of staff and organizational development at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas. She served in that role from 1988 until her retirement in 2003. During that time, she supported both full-time and part-time employees of the college. Dr. Joseph Gadberry is the assistant dean for the sciences at Johnson County Community College and is the director for adjunct certification training and the Center for Teaching and Learning liaison for adjunct training. He is a past chair of the Council of Assistant Deans and Directors. He has presented workshops and papers at numerous conferences on issues related to the management of adjunct faculty and adjunct certification training. The CD contains an audio presentation with PowerPoint and can be viewed on any standard computer equipped with Windows Media Player. Our CDs are not compatible with Macintosh computer systems.
