John Orlando is the instructional resource manager at the Norwich University School of Graduate Studies. He has been with the program for more than five years, helping steer its growth from 42 to over 1,200 students. The school now offers more than 10 masters degrees delivered entirely online. He also has five years of prior online administration, program development, and teaching experience at Champlain College and the University of Vermont. John has delivered lectures on distance education administration and faculty management at University Continuing Education Association conferences and the University of Wisconsin Conference on Distance Education and Teaching, as well as through online seminars.
