Meet the presenter:
Ralph Hatley is principal of Security Operational Solutions, Inc. After 17 years, following an injury in the line of duty, Ralph was pensioned from the Memphis Police Department as the Regional Training Academy’s curriculum director and senior instructor. Soon after, Ralph joined Rhodes College, a top-tier liberal arts institution, as public safety director. He remained at the college for 14 years until taking an early retirement in February 2005 to open Security Operational Solutions, Inc., a private security and safety consulting practice. SOS, Inc. operated in Biloxi, Mississippi, at the Biloxi Medical Regional Center from the day after Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf of Mexico region until mid-October 2005 and then jumped to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach for AutoNation after Hurricane Wilma. SOS, Inc. provided strategic, tactical security and stabilization to contain safety and security in hostile environments following the disasters.
