Carol Williams, Ph.D. has directed the online programs at Abilene Christian University since their beginnings in 2002. She has served as both dean of the graduate school and associate provost for distance education at Abilene Christian University. She successfully managed the transition of several graduate programs to online formats and has overseen significant growth from 66 students to over 464 in just four years. She continues to supervise the ongoing expansion as associate provost for online programs and her new role has become an integral part of the university’s overall strategic plan.
