The Three Story Tower: Four Findings About Online Education in Community Colleges

Community colleges are pretty close to the ground. If theyre living in an ivory tower, its only three stories high, says Robert Threlkeld of the Monterey Institute for Technology and Education. As such, community colleges are ideal locations through which to study online education, with their fast response to market demands and their sensitivity to students living with less than ideal circumstances.
