Responses to Our Case Study: The Problematic Employee
By Linda Fleit
In our February issue, we presented the case of Bill Reynolds, an IT staff member who is both a problem and a blessing. Some members of the user community love him; others are deeply troubled by his apparently arrogant and quirky behavior. It is up to the CIO, Frank Murphy, to decide what to do, if anything, about Bill. We asked readers to comment on the case, and the following represents the best of the many excellent responses we received. Thanks to all who wrote in.
