The EDUCAUSE Center for Applied Research (ECAR) recently released "Good Enough! Information Technology Investment and Business Process Performance in Higher Education,” a study of the performance of business processes in higher education. The Edutech Report interviewed Bob Kvavik, the lead author of the study (as well as a former associate vice president and vice provost at the University of Minnesota), and Richard Katz, vice president of EDUCAUSE and ECAR’s lead expert on the study and what the findings mean for CIOs.
