Information Technology Allies: What We Need from Them

Everyone on campus (and in the e-learning network) knows what he or she expects from the IT support operation. Now it is time to talk about what IT needs from other offices at the institution in order to give the best service. This is more than a matter of mutual interest between the service providers and client offices: information technology support for the whole community depends increasingly on wide participation and fundamental cooperation.
