The first Las Vegas International Hospitality and Convention Summit, hosted by the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas last month, brought together many hospitality educators as well as industry professionals. The summit’s goal was to provide a venue for outstanding academic research from university faculty around the world, combined with a chance to meet with top industry professionals.
