It seems there is a massive cloud of change over everyone and everything in our profession. Hotel people are playing musical chairs. Decorating companies are being bought out and changing their focus, and people are moving in all different directions. We have been getting more and more resumes “over the transom.” People are changing where they live, where they work, how they work, why they work. It’s a little discombobulating. But change is something to be embraced, not feared.
