Preparing a Successful Grant Proposal

A proposal is a document that speaks on behalf of its author, answers any questions it might generate, and persuades the reader to agree with the author’s point of view—all in the author’s absence. A proposal is prepared and written in a series of steps. Some steps may be more important than others, but none can be ignored.
