Joseph Tullbane, director of the Center for International Education (CIE) and associate dean of International Education at St. Norbert College in Wisconsin, has been leading workshops for those who are about to make the leap to chief international education administrator (CIEA) level. International Education Report recently spoke with Tullbane to ask for guidance for those who are about to take on the challenging role of managing their institution’s entire international education effort.
