Campus Speech Zones: Acceptable Limits
Courts in the past few years have tended to deem campus speech zones permissible at public institutions if they keep at least some high-traffic areas open to demonstrators. In addition, recent cases suggest that campus constituents have a greater right of access to these areas than outside parties.
