We read about a new method of response called QUAD – Quick Action Deployment – in an article about Austin Peay State University’s updated campus safety program, which was featured by the Higher Ed AOD Prevention News Service. This method calls for a coordinated effort among city, county, and campus police and a school resource officer. We asked James J.
