Training RDs in Judicial Matters

Residential directors are often required to complete various administrative tasks, not the least of which is to adjudicate disciplinary cases on their campuses. This is not easy, given the other responsibilities an RD often has, the amount of time a judicial case can take, and the constantly changing landscape of best practices and case law in the field.
