Managing the Growing Demand for Counseling Services
The demand for counseling services has grown every year on my campus, yet the institutional budget is limited in how it can respond to the need for additional positions and space. I know Im not the only one with this problem. My current method, which is to say, I wish I had the budget to add staff, is wearing thin. Any suggestions?
