The original Clery Act Quiz was published by CS&SD in 2000. This is an updated and expanded version. The answers to these questions are given according to the National Center for Higher Education Risk Management (NCHERM). NCHERM is not affiliated with, and does not speak for, the U.S. Department of Education, which has the final say on Clery Act compliance.
