Working with the Board of Trustees
Q: I am an area coordinator and have responsibility for three residence halls at my private college. One member of our board of trustees has a daughter living in one of these halls. I met him on opening day and he was very personable. I often see him when he comes by to pick up his daughter, and he asks how things are going. Should I tell him about some of my concerns or just keep these to myself?
