According to the student judicial office, all the student needs to do is write a 1,000 word essay on his disorderly conduct. As soon as he submits the paper, which should focus on how he will alter his behaviors in the future, he is eligible to re-enroll.

The Laws State and federal laws are in place and are being regularly enforced. They protect students and employees from sexual harassment on campus and in the campus workplace. The various laws require colleges and universities to adopt and communicate appropriate policies years and to have methods of addressing complaints available on campus.

Cases Noted: Demanding Resources or a Lawsuit
They wanted a new black culture center, more black faculty members, and funding for black student organizations. They also have demanded sensitivity training for administrators, and a new degree program in African-American studies. The Black Student Union at Indiana University-Purdue University-Indianapolis (IUPUI) says court action will follow if the school fails to respond positively to their demands.
