Cases Noted: Demanding Resources or a Lawsuit

They wanted a new black culture center, more black faculty members, and funding for black student organizations. They also have demanded sensitivity training for administrators, and a new degree program in African-American studies. The Black Student Union at Indiana University-Purdue University-Indianapolis (IUPUI) says court action will follow if the school fails to respond positively to their demands.
