Key Case: Education or Indoctrination?

Her complaint was direct: she came to Missouri State University (MSU) for “the opportunity to engage in rigorous academic discourse and pursue greater understanding of life’s deepest questions.” Instead, the graduate Social Work student said she found “indoctrination, not education” because, she said, of her personal beliefs. What happened as a result? She says she suffered from “unlawful retaliation” and had to leave MSU. What happened? What were the legal issues? What was the outcome?
