May 7, 2008 Follow-up: College Keeps Gift of ArtEven though the college violated the terms of the gift agreement, a state court has ruled that Fisk University (TN) can keep the gift. The dispute began when Fisk tried to sell some of the 101 piece collection it holds, in an attempt to raise money for the school.
