Faculty-Driven Change: How to Get Buy-in, Make Progress
In 2007 the Carnegie Project on the Education Doctorate (CPED) began work with faculty representatives from 25 institutions to redesign their EdD programs to better serve their students. It’s an interesting question that has implications for participants of any change initiative. Jill Perry, CPED program director, conducted a study to find answers to this important question.
