Managing Change: Fewer Resources, More Accountability
Increasing complexity, decreasing public funding, and increasing accountability requirements are creating an “almost paradoxical situation” in which institutions are expected to increase productivity in a climate of change that makes it difficult for them to do so, says Chet Warzynski, director of the Office of Organizational Development at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
