Surviving Success: Lessons from the eCore Program at the University of Georgia

When a university begins a distance education initiative, “too much success” is usually the least of the anticipated worries. But when the University of Georgia system developed eCore, its electronic core curriculum, it found that great demand and rapid growth presented a variety of challenges the system would have to master in order for eCore to survive.
