Creating a successful distance education initiative is about more than what goes on in the virtual classroom. Registration, bill paying, and a variety of student support services are all equally critical to ensuring that the online student can fully participate in being a student. One of the most important of these services is the library, and, if you are like many, your university’s web page offering library services to distance students may need a little work.
