The TEACH Act—A Distance Educator’s Update

The laws of copyright and intellectual property remain hazy to many distance educators. While some larger programs have a whole department dedicated to intellectual property questions, or at least one dedicated staffer, many small and medium-sized program administrators have to teach themselves the basics.
