In addition to database management, word processing, and bookkeeping, meeting and event professionals today use software and on-line services for inventory control, scheduling, virtual site inspections, trade show exhibitor kits, conference promotion, registration, and ticketing, to name a few. But, I ask you, where is the electronic tool that will allow me to see the surface of my desk?
