The University of California, Berkeley holds 64 graduations each May, with each department hosting its own ceremony. Most of the people producing the graduations are not professional event planners. As a result, UC Berkeley’s office of University Events and Public Ceremonies holds an annual meeting to provide resources, tips, and policies to support their efforts. Here's the agenda of that meeting.
