One School Bucks International Enrollment Trends — How?
Several of Arizona’s colleges and universities have, like many institutions across the country, seen a decline in international enrollment. Arizona State University’s international student enrollment dropped from 3,611 in 2001 to fewer than 3,300 in 2003. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Prescott’s international enrollment decreased from 59 in 2001 to 44 last spring. And despite an aggressive international recruitment program, the University of Arizona has lost a net of 150 international students since 2001.

St Norbert College: Small School, Global Vision
St. Norbert College is a small Catholic liberal arts school located in De Pere, Wisconsin, in the far northern part of the state. Some might call it far from civilization. A closer look shows that St. Norbert is intimately connected, in diverse ways, with the entire globe. According to NAFSA: Association of International Educators, St Norbert has one of the five outstanding international education programs in the country — a school where “an international perspective permeates the institutional culture.”
