Tennessee Passes Parent Information Bill
Some individual colleges and universities ask incoming students to sign waivers that override the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act to allow parents access to certain student records. Tennessee is poised to make such programs mandatory statewide.

Small Schools, Big-Name Speakers
