Assistant Vice President, Salisbury University
Aaron Basko is assistant vice president of enrollment management at Salisbury University. He is an author and speaker on enrollment and career topics, a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), and a career instructor at Salisbury. He is a frequent presenter who has written for Student Affairs Leader, Campus Life Magazine, and the Journal of College Admission. He is a member of the editorial board for Recruitment and Retention in Higher Education. His areas of expertise include improving campus visitation and tour programs and partnering with career services to recruit students.
Basko has led transformative change in campus visitation at three institutions, both private and public, enabling these institutions to achieve peak enrollment success. He has also presented seminars such as “ROI: Marketing Your Campus’ Educational Outcomes,” “Managing Staff Change,” and “Building Information Sessions that Set Your Campus Apart,” with Magna Publications.
