Courtney Plotts, PhD
National Chair and Senior Facilitator, CASEPS
Courtney Plotts is a highly sought-after speaker and consultant. Currently, she is the national chair at CASEPS: Council For At Risk Student Education and Professional Standards based in Philadelphia—an organization that oversees training and development standards. She has been full time faculty at Delaware State University and HBCU and Eastern University in Philadelphia. She was also the director of community and human services education at Eastern University/Esperanza College. In 2017, Plotts was recognized by the California State Legislature for inspiring leadership and a bold commitment to change in education and training practices.
Plotts holds a PhD and MA in psychology from the Northcentral University and MA in education (curriculum and instruction) from the University of Phoenix.
