What is the one-day rate?

One-half of the current conference rate

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be received in writing/via email.

  • Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by February 18, 2016.
  • Cancellations received between February 19 and March 8, 2016, are subject to a $150 service charge per person.
  • Cancelling a registration on or after March 9, 2016, will require payment of the full registration fee.
  • Persons who sign up for the conference but do not attend will be charged the full registration fee.
  • Email your cancellation notice to NCSL customer service at support@magnapubs.com. Include 'Cancellation for Spring 2016 NCSL Conference' in the subject line.


Substitutions or name changes may be made at any time. If a member of your group is unable to attend the conference at the last minute we encourage you to bring another student from your campus.
