He has performed, spoken and presented across the nation at various institutions and universities. With over ten years of performing and student affairs experience under his belt Mr. Jeff Dess continues to strive towards helping students reach their highest potential. He currently serves as the assistant director of campus life at New Jersey City University.
Kinja Dixon is a consultant, speaker, radio show host, former member of the U.S. Air Force, author of the Universal Talk Laws, and an internationally award-winning sales management expert. In 2013, Dixon won both the Gold Stevie Award and American Resort Development Association Award (ARDA) for top in-house salesperson, giving him the title of 2013 Top Sales Executive in the world. He is the only person in history to win both international awards in the same year. Dixon retired in 2013 at the age of 34, and since then he has dedicated his life to mastery in health and wellness, emotional intelligence, advising others on transforming their passions into their careers, and making every day count.

Cynthia (Cindy) Grosso is a corporate etiquette expert and has been a speaker, teacher and consultant in this arena for more than 15 years. She is the founder of the Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette. Grosso has appeared as an etiquette expert on the Dr. Phil Show and Oprah. She is the author of the Professional Savvy series, an on-line learning program for professional table manners, which won the bronze medal in the world for excellence in e-learning. She is the recipient of the Outstanding American Award for outstanding community service given by the United States Jaycees. Grosso focuses on the critical 10 percent: the polish needed for college graduates and business people to compete and grow in the corporate environment.

Rob Jenkins has spent 32 years in higher education as a faculty member, a department chair, an academic dean, and a program director. He is a regular contributor to The Chronicle of Higher Education and other publications, writing extensively on leadership, shared governance, teaching and learning, and the higher education job market, among other topics. An accomplished conference speaker and workshop presenter, Rob currently serves as associate professor of English at Georgia State University Perimeter College and as a senior fellow at the Academy for Academic Leadership.

Mark is a life-long learner who currently supports leadership development programming at UW-Madison and consults organizations in the Midwest on leadership and change management. After graduating from High School in Minneapolis, Mark eventually made his way to Tempe, Arizona where he attended Arizona State. After finalizing a degree in Broadcast Journalism, Mark moved to San Diego where he spent six years hanging with the Pacific Ocean. While in America's Finest City, Mark worked for the University of San Diego in Student Affairs and as the Athletic Ticket Manager. During this time Mark completed his MA in Leadership Studies. Following the completion of this program he decided it was time to return to four seasons and the Midwest. Mark is married, enjoys cooking (and eating) and loves to travel.

Dina Maloney is a certified business, executive and leadership coach, workshop facilitator, and motivational speaker who is passionate about empowering people and organizations to evaluate where they are, determine where they want to be, and identify what it will take to get there. Over the past 25 years, she has served as a catalyst for change and excellence as a communication executive, college educator and administrator, and steward of leadership development, and is now utilizing the knowledge, insight, and experiences she gained in those roles to lead others to peak performance. In addition to her personal clientele, which includes highly prominent companies and organizations, Dina also serves as a contributing coach for The Impact Centers Female Executive Leadership Program, UNC Chapel Hills Bridges Academic Leadership Program for Women, and The Statarius Leadership 7 Program.

Monica Mickel is the founder of an online educational community called What Now Academy that helps college graduates in that confusing transition between graduation and the real world. Through her numerous conferences for college graduates and growing social awareness, Monica hopes to empower college graduates to take control of their lives and futures one good decision at a time. Monica Mickel has a BA in political science from Western Illinois University.

With over 15 years of professional experience in student services, spending many of those years as an administrator, Shaneé Moore has dedicated her life and career developing passionate and civic responsible leaders. Currently, she serves as the associate dean for student programs, resources and health services and Title IX coordinator at El Centro College. Shaneé presents at local, regional, and national conferences in the areas of compliance, leadership, diversity, and equity. Recognized for her commitment to student success, she has received honors and awards for innovation and leadership. Shaneé received her MS from Marshall University and her BA from West Virginia University. She enjoys spending time with family, mentoring student leaders, and all things health and wellness.

Andrea Mosby-Jones is a consultant and speaker. Andrea has achieved great success in her life, working very hard to make the right decisions to get herself where she is today. She began speaking to students, businesses and community organizations over 18 years ago about her life experiences and how they related to her personal development and success. With the right approach, Andrea believes that challenges become opportunities to build character. She received her BA in business administration from the University of Denver, and a MA in urban and regional planning from the University of Colorado.
Stan Pearson II
Stan Pearson II is a bi-lingual speaker, motivational comedian and author. He was voted Speaker of the Year 2011 by APCA and a Diversity Artist of the Year finalist by Campus Activities Magazine. His presentations connect, entertain, and educate everyone, regardless of race, gender, age, religion, or cultural or socio-economic background. Stan earned his BA in Spanish from Missouri Western State University and his Masters in business administration with a concentration in management from Texas A & M International University. Jill Schiefelbein thrives at the intersection of communication, education, and technology. She's a speaker, author, award-winning entrepreneur, and no stranger to the higher education environment. She worked in multiple levels of academia over an 11-year period, including positions as a lecturer, faculty, director, and administrator. She is co-author of Business and Professional Communication in the Global Workplace, a frequent guest on business podcasts, and an official video partner and contributing writer for Entrepreneur. Sara Schwerdtfeger, assistant professor in elementary education, currently teaches math and science methods courses for undergraduate students at Emporia State University. She supervises student teaching interns for Emporia State's Professional Development School and teaches graduate courses in the Instructional Specialist: STEM program. She is currently a PhD candidate in curriculum and instruction at Kansas State University with a math education emphasis. As a former elementary school teacher, Sara has her MA in Elementary Education as well as graduate endorsements in Teacher Leadership and Building Leadership/Administration. She has facilitated numerous professional development workshops for public school educators as well for professionals in higher education. Sara is also a curriculum consultant for EdReports, an independent nonprofit designed to improve K12 education.

Mary Shivley is the director of advancement communications for Emporia State University. In this role she works with the Foundation and Alumni Association to help create their communication plans. Mary has worked in a variety of Student Affairs and Academic Affairs roles while at the university. She co-created the 18 credit hour leadership minor at Emporia State. She recently completed her doctorate at Baker University in Educational Leadership. As a Kansas Leadership Center Faculty in Residence at Emporia State University, she works with departments and faculty to facilitate leadership and professional development.

Matthew R. Shupp
Matthew R. Shupp is an assistant professor in Shippensburg University's Department of Counseling and College Student Personnel. Prior to this position, Matthew served as a student affairs administrator for 12 years in a variety of institutional settings. He also traveled with the multicultural leadership program Up with People, which allowed him to travel the world, live with host families, and interact with students from 27 different countries. Dr. Shupp has presented at numerous local, regional, and national higher education and student leadership conferences. He enjoys running and has completed 8 marathons as well as competed in triathlons, half-marathons, and mud-run obstacle races.
