Notes for Prospective Presenters
The most beneficial presentations will expose attendees to the points-of-view of both student leaders and administration/staff.
Unlike many of Magna’s conferences, attendees are not professors nor strictly academic types. Attendees are both student affairs professionals and student leaders.
Although some presentations will be more pertinent to one or the other of these groups, as much as possible presentations should be crafted so members of either group can benefit.
As a virtual conference, some presentation techniques such as group activities, ice breakers, karaoke, etc. won’t work as well as they might in person.
Accepted Proposals
Selected presenters will receive complimentary access to the entire conference!
If accepted as a session presenter, you’ll make a meaningful contribution to this dynamic and interactive conference as well as extend your own network and grow professionally.
All presenters must:
- Submit their PowerPoint slides
- Agree to having the session recorded for on-demand use
