Before becoming an award-winning college professor, Dr. Jermaine worked in corporate America with IBM, Keebler Cookies, and Frito-Lay, gaining firsthand leadership experience beyond the classroom. Today, he teaches Communication Studies at Century College and Organizational Leadership at St. Catherine’s University in Minnesota.
Known for his signature EDUTAINMENT style: where education meets entertainment. Dr. Jermaine delivers engaging, interactive keynotes and workshops that equip student leaders with practical tools they can use immediately.
