This is a non-disciplinary conference. We welcome educators from all levels and departments to participate. Educational developers, instructional designers, academic leaders, secondary-school educators might also find value in the conference.
No. This is a unique conference with proposals specifically submitted to the virtual event.
Possibly. The in-person and virtual conferences are completely separate events with separate calls for proposals. If you are already presenting at one, you may submit a proposal for the other. All proposals will be peer-reviewed separately with acceptance decisions based on factors related to the format and audience of each conference.
Sessions will be listed after they are reviewed and selected. Please check back for updated information.
You’ll miss the networking sessions. All other content will be recorded for on-demand viewing.
Yes, if the presenter provided them to us. They will be posted to the conference viewing platform. Only registered attendees will have access to the platform.
The 2023 call for proposals is now closed. The 2024 call for proposals will be posted to the website in early 2024.
We do not offer scholarships or financial assistance to attend the online conference.
YES — the plenary and breakout sessions are being recorded and can be viewed by conference registrants until December 31, 2023. The roundtable events are NOT being recorded—they will only be available on their scheduled dates & times.
All registrants of The Teaching Professor Online Conference get access to both the synchronous and asynchronous sessions.
