The Content Coordinator supports conference and subscription delivery for a top-level customer experience. This position is responsible for managing our conference app, adding content to our website, developing customer materials, moderating virtual conferences, and outreach to group purchasers. This position works on a variety of projects that helps us better serve our customers’ needs.
