Winnie Needham, PhD
Winnie Needham works at Principia College as the Director of Faculty Development. She has a B.A in Education and English, an M.S. in Educational Leadership, and a PhD in Teaching and Learning Processes, with an emphasis on collaborative critical inquiry. Her current interests include UDL, co-constructive models for teaching evaluation, and humanizing higher education.
