Terry Norris

Terry Norris has been the director of eLearning at the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) for over 11 years. CSN has over 1,100 completely online sections each semester with an enrollment of 15,000 students in these sections. As director of eLearning at CSN, he coordinated with academic departments the development of 22 completely online associate degrees and 5 online certificate degrees. He served as the western regional representative for the Instructional Technology Council for two years. He chairs the Nevada eLearning directors committee and serves on the Nevada system of higher education eLearning taskforce.

Norris began his degrees with a BS in psychology and MS in psychology counseling from Frostburg State University, an EdD in education administration from West Virginia University, and another masters in business administration from Canyon College.
