Santos Felipe Ramos, PhD is an assistant professor of Integrative Studies at Grand Valley State University, where he teaches and conducts research in food studies, digital studies, writing & rhetoric, and Chicano/Latino studies. He is also the founder of Masa Education Center, an eLearning organization dedicated to addressing issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education through distance learning.
