Kimberly Eke

Kimberly Eke is the associate university librarian for Teaching, Research, and Learning Services at the University of Pennsylvania Libraries. As a member of the Penn Libraries senior management team, Eke works closely with other AULs and the vice-provost and director of libraries to set strategic directions for the Penn Libraries and to plan and assess new services, establish new programs and drive cutting edge initiatives that directly impact the teaching and learning continuum at Penn. Before working at Penn, Eke was responsible for managing campus learning technologies, MOOC production, course design, and multimedia development at UNC-Chapel Hill. Prior to UNC, Kim served in a variety of roles including instructional designer, faculty developer, instructor, media developer, and project manager/designer of online courses.

Eke is currently an active member of the Educause Learning Initiative (ELI), the New Media Consortium, and the Leading Change community. She earned her PhD in environmental resource development from Michigan State University and MA in environmental science from Baylor University.
