John Vivolo

John Vivolo is currently serving as the manager of online learning at American Montessori Society where he is working towards bridging professional development innovations and Montessori method transformative values. Previously, he was the director of online and virtual learning for New York University's Polytechnic School of Engineering. Vivolo has taught both fully online and blended learning courses for over ten years. He has proven experience working with faculty in the technological and pedagogical methods of converting an on-campus course to an online format.

Vivolo holds an MA in English from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island along with some certification courses from OLC and Penn State University. Presently, he is pursuing an EdD in educational leadership from Northeastern University.
