Susan Fein

Susan Fein is an instructional designer at Oregon State University. She joined OSU and Ecampus in September 2016. Her prior experience includes eight years at Washington State University, also as an instructional designer for online learning, plus more than 20 years in adult education, project management, training and professional development, and curriculum design in the corporate sector. She is passionate about ensuring that everyone who wants to earn a degree has access to a world-class education, regardless of personal circumstances or ability to attend classes on-campus. Her research area is to examine how technology can help increase persistence and graduation rates, particularly in STEM disciplines. Fein holds a BS in business administration with a minor in marketing and an MA in organizational management. Currently, she is in a grad school pursuing a PhD in educational psychology.
