Juanita (JJ) Wallace is an assistant professor of health and exercise science at Transylvania University in Lexington, Ky. Her background is in biomechanics and motion analysis. For the past six years, her research and pedagogical practices have focused on how to incorporate digital technology into the classroom and in research. Topics of interest include flipped classrooms, iPads, Google for Education and Virtual Reality (VR). She has produced 17 scholarly presentations/posters on VR at local, regional and national conferences and hosted a 4 day VR workshop for faculty and staff at her institution.
