Rachel Becker
Rachel Becker is the Copyright and Open Educational Resources Librarian at Madison Area Technical College in Madison, WI and EdD student at Johns Hopkins University. She has presented at numerous conferences in the United States and internationally on topics surrounding learning material equality for students. Her research focuses on open access information and the impact of using these resources on the higher education community. Becker also serves on numerous committees which advance the use of OER.
