Donna Qualters, PhD

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Donna Qualters, PhD is director of the Center for Learning and Teaching (CELT) and associate professor of public health and community medicine and education at Tufts University. In this capacity, Qualters facilitates the Academic Leadership Development program that provides leadership training and support to current and future leaders at Tufts. She is also the founder of the Chairs Roundtable. Oliver Dreon, PhD

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Oliver Dreon, PhD is a professor of educational foundations at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. From 2013-2020, Dreon served as the director of the Center for Academic Excellence where he led professional development for online teaching, active learning, Universal Design for Learning, and student-centered instruction. At Millersville, Dreon teaches a wide variety of education and instructional technology courses both in face-to-face and online formats. He is the co-author of the book Authentic Instruction with Technology: A Student-Centered Approach, the co-editor of the book, Teacher Education for Ethical Professional Practices in the 21st Century, and co-author of The Power of Blended Learning in the Sciences. Dreon has spent nearly 30 years teaching in various educational environments and provides regular professional development and consultation on online and blended learning. Stephanie Delaney, PhD

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Stephanie Delaney, PhD is the vice president of instruction at Renton Technical College. Delaney has a strong background in Guided Pathways and eLearning and she has spoken nationally on issues related to leadership, technology, and effective online teaching and learning. Delaney earned her PhD in educational leadership in higher education/distance education at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She also holds a law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a master’s degree in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. Tanjula Petty, PhD

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Tanjula Petty, PhD currently serves as the assistant provost of academic affairs for Alabama State University. Petty first began her career in technical education in 2005 as a retention specialist. Petty has also served in many other roles including Vernon College in Vernon, Texas as the Title III director, Pensacola State College in Pensacola, Fla., as director of quality enhancement plan, and Alabama State University as the director of assessment and director of quality enhancement plan. Additionally, Petty served as the dean of instruction at Trenholm State Community College in Montgomery, Ala. Petty received a BS in resource management and MS in public administration from Troy State University.
