Anthony R. Sweat, PhD

Anthony R. Sweat is an associate teaching professor of religion at Brigham Young University. He received a BFA in painting and drawing from the University of Utah, and an MEd and a PhD in curriculum and instruction from Utah State University. Sweat is the author of many religious books and articles. His academic work centers on effective teaching practices, including course design, course modality, and curriculum.
In his personal life, he loves playing and watching sports, painting, building/creating things, writing, and spending time with his wife and children.
